SN74S124: Control Voltage Modulation

Hi Team,

Good day. We received query from customer asking for information about 74S124. For me to not miss any information, I will copy the query below.

"Hi, can you tell me what the control voltage modulation BW is on the 74S124? I know it's an old part but seems to fit my application if the voltage control BW is at least 25KHz. I can't seem to find this type of information."

Hello Maynard,

We also don't have data on the VCO input modulation bandwidth (due to the age of the device), but I would expect it to be far above 25 kHz - probably greater than 10 MHz. For this type of device (ie very old devices), I would recommend prototyping as the best method of evaluation.
