TXB0102: Input and output waveform is different

Hi expert,

My customer mentioned that they see some weird waveform on the output of the device.

It’s D-MIC signal. Frequency is 2.4MHz, The schematic is also attached.

Is there any other device suggested? or how to fix this issue?

I guess the load is too high. The schematic does not show what is connected to the I/O pins.

Are there any pull-up/-down resistors, long traces, cables, or connectors? If yes, they must be removed, or the TXB replaces with some direction-controlled translator.

The TXS is a passive switch, and the edge accelerators work only with small loads. But in general, it is more robust than the TXB.

The TXS has internal pull-up resistors. Check that the circuit works with them.

Does that require an external pull up for TXS0102? Because customer would like to consider the co-lay solution first. And how to evaluate the driving ability of the device?

The TXS does not require external pullups.

The other devices need to have enough drive strength to drive everything. (The pull-up resistors need 0.5 mA.)
