I am validating the part SN74LVC2G08-Q1 for one of our project applications and I have a doubt regarding the supply current mentioned in the datasheet. How should the current be measured?
Also i am a bit confused with the term "Delta ICC" mentioned. What does it actually infer? How do I validate my part in terms of Input current?
