SN74AHC1G14: Is there AEC-Q version of below device?

The SN74LVC1G14-Q1 is a P2P automotive replacement for the SN74AHC1G14DBVR. This won't be a drop in since the Q1 won't come in the SOT-23(DBV) package but it does come in a slightly smaller SC70(DCK) package (2.9x1.6mm^2 vs 2x1.25mm^2).
