Hi Team,

Is it ok to use SN74AVC2T245+ TXB0102 to achieve bi-directionnal transmission?

The customer have SN74AVC2T245 on their board but they want to achieve bi-directionnal tramsport, do you have any reaommand soution?

The 2T245 requires direction signals. If those are available, the TXB is not needed.

If there are no direction signals, then only the TXB alone would work. Please not that such bidirectional signals cannot be buffered.

What kind of signal/protocol is this?

Hi Clemens,

The single is MDIO/MDC, but will be focus MDIO.
