SN74LVC1G3208-Q1: Temperature range of CLVC1G3208

Hi team,

Customer is looking for the alternatives of CLVC1G3208IDCKRQ1 which has -40C ~ 105C or wider temperature range.

I found SN74LVC3208IDCKR has such a temperature range with same performance. But, I wonder why non-Q1 SN74LVC3208 has wider temperature range than Q1 version. 

Could you check if the temperature range in the datasheet of these products are correct? If correct, I will suggest non-Q1 version.

    Hello Saito-san,

    Yes, the temperature ratings are correct in both datasheets.

    -

    There are 4 grades for AEC-Q100 rated parts. This is an excerpt from the AEC-Q100 qualification document:

    All of our new automotive releases are rated for Grade 1, however this was not always the case. Some of our parts are still Grade 3.
