SN74LXCH8T245: Voltage Translator: 3.3V to 3.3V

Hi,

I am wondering if the SN74LXCH8T245 device will operate correctly, if the VCCA and VCCB are the same voltage level?

For example: If VCCA = 3.3V and VCCB = 3.3V, will the A-side and B-side logic levels follow each other (depending on the direction control)?
