These values are listed in the datasheets, but using these values alone, you will not get an accurate analysis.

These voltage limits are specified for a certain test current, because the output voltage depends on the output current. (See [FAQ] How do I determine the output voltage (VOH, VOL) or output current (IOH, IOL) of a CMOS logic device? and [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y?)

When a CMOS output is connected to a (high-impedance) CMOS input and no other load, then the current is approximately zero, and the output voltage will be at V_CC or GND. Therefore, a DC analysis is usually not done for such signals.

You need a DC analysis only if there is an actual load current. This is, for example, the case for I²C with pull-up resistors. But the actual load current must be known; please share the schematic of your design.

I understand the logic. But in the datasheets, all 4 values are not available. If you could share  Voh (min) , Vih (min) , Vol (max) , Vil (max) B it would be helpful to complete the preliminary DC analysis.

I²C uses open-drain signals, so there is no V_OH.

All I²C devices conform to the voltage/current requirements in the I²C specification, so they will work with each other.

I do not know which other signals you are using; please share the schematic of your design.

I am unsure which datasheets you are looking at. As Clemens is hinting at do you mean that the VOH is not listed?

For this device the VIL and VIH changes based on what your supply voltage is. I only pasted in the values for a supply voltage of 3V. The datasheet lists far more values for different supply voltages.
