Can a device whose max drive strength is 0.1mA drive SN74AVC4T234 inputs?

If not are there any translators I can use to level shift such signals from 1.8 to 3.3V?

    Hi, Preeti,

    If the drive strength 0.1mA you talked about is DC driver strength, it will be oK to drive SN74AVC4T234. but please make sure your driver output can meet the Δt/Δv(Input transition rise or fall rate) requirement for the SN74AVC4T234.

    If the driver strenght 0.1mA you talked about is AC driver strength, it cannot meet Δt/Δv requirement when VCC>1.65V (5pf IO capacitor), if this is the situation. could you please provide your detail driver information, and then we can provide the suggesion to you.
