Do you have the equivalent circuit of this device or this family device of input pin?

I found a information of LVC series as following.

    Hello Koji-san,

    The LV and LVC families are not the same process, so there are some differences. I would not refer you to the document you attached for the LV family.

    Since you are referring to the inputs of the device I am wondering if you are concerned with the actual structure of the inputs or the clamp diode structure, so I will address both below.

    The inputs are standard schmitt trigger high impedance inputs and for this device there is a negative clamping diode from gnd, but there is no positive clamping diode to VCC, so the inputs are overvoltage tolerant.

    I would also refer you to Question 2 as part of our Input Parameters section in our Logic FAQ.
