Hi, Team,

My customer find there is some output issue for the SN74LVC573A. Could you help check it?

Issue: When output a low level voltage for the SN74LVC573A, there is some oscillation in the low level, as Fig 1(Yellow is LE, Blue is Q). When pull down the OE PIN to GND, the oscillation disappear as Fig 2. Or change the IC to SN74LVC574A, there is also no oscillation as Fig3.

    Both devices are slightly different functionally.
    The latch signal holds the previous Q0 state ( which I assume that it should be high from previous state instead of being pulled low).
    Is the OE pin held high while this issue is observed? which means that the device is hi-Z at this point until enabled.
