Does the SN74AUC126 have internal pull up or pull down at the output?

The datasheet mentions ioff circuitry but I could not find an explanation.

Can you point me to the description.

Hello Farshad,
There is no pull-up or pull-down resistor on the output. The Ioff circuitry is a proprietary design that prevents current from flowing into or out of the output when Vcc = ~0V -- ie the output is put into a high impedance state. The maximum allowable leakage on an output pin with Ioff is specified in the device's Electrical Characteristics table.
