My customer uses SN74LV165A in their system. They have concern on below CLK input.

Please refer to below different CLK waveforms and check whether these are okay for SN74LV165A CLK.

Hi Johnny,
The SN74LV165A is a rising-edge triggered device. Is there a reason they are only concerned with the falling edge of the clock?

I don't see any problem with the signals shown. They all transition from high to low in about 4ns, which is well within the recommended 100 ns/V max at 3.3V. I don't see any nonmonotonicity that might compromise operation.

Please see below rising edge waveform of CLK. The rising time is also ~4ns.

Are there waveform okay for SN74LV165A ?

I don't see any problem with these scope shots. The signal does slow down significantly in the first scope shot, but it does not go back down, and the overall rise time is very good. The part will work fine.
