My customer is using the device SN74LV165ADR now. (The schematic is below. the 8SWPK-SW3 is NC(empty)When we test the resistance of R843 and R1897,some boards are 1kohm and some boards are 300ohm. So we remove the resistors and test the resistors and chip separately. The resistors are 8.2kohm, the pin 4 or pin 5 to GND resistance is 300ohm or 1kohm. Could you please help check whether the phenomenon is correct? What;s the input resistance of the NAND logic input? Thanks.
