TXS0104E: TXS0104 and TXB0104

Part Number: TXS0104E
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TXB0104

I need SPI level shift, 3.3V and 5V conversion. The website recommends txb0104, but the txb0104 datasheet specifies that the external pull-up resistance should be greater than 50K. Txs0104 also requires the external pull-up resistance to meet the formula  VOH = VCCx × RPD / (RPD + 10 kΩ) . My SPI interface is a module interface with 10K resistance inside.

1. Can I use txs0104 or txb0104?

2. If using txs0104, do I need to add a pull resistor on SPI? How much pull-up resistance should be added?
