Part Number: CD74HC4050

What is the IOH and IOL of the device?

How to calculate IOH and IOL values for the given load?

What is the max operating frequency of the device and how to calculate it?

  • Hi Akash,

I_OH and I_OL are usually referring to test current values given in the datasheet for specific V_OH and V_OL values (respectively)

If you're after the maximum current ratings for the device, then you are looking for the absolute maximum ratings table instead:

We have an application report that describes all of the datasheet specs in detail, located here: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/szza036c/szza036c.pdf
