Hi E2E,

Do you have internal block diagram of gate logic level, to describe D latch and D flip-flop? Actually I'm learning the detailed differences between them and why.

Also, it is good if you have such materials to explain RS latch and RS flip-flop. Actually, people are always confused about these concepts.

You can find the block diagram of an '80 flip-flop in the SN74LVC1G80 datasheet. But this is probably not helpful for understanding it; the Wikipedia page would be better.
