I would like to know the difference between TM4C1260H6PMI and TM4C1260H6PMI7 devices.

Hi Luke,

TM4C1260H6PMI7 means the silicon revision 7 while TM4C1260H6PMI means revision 6. Please refer to the errata on the differences between the two revisions.
