Hi Archie,
"7" means it is silicon revision 7. If you don't see a number after ZRB as in TM4C123GH6ZRB then it is silicon revision 6.

Hi Archie,
Please be aware of the errata difference between the two silicon revisions. Many of the erratums for rev 6 are fixed in rev 7. Please see below errata document. In another word, if you use silicon rev 6 you may need to implement some of the workarounds that are relevant to your application usage. For rev 7, if the affected erratums are already fixed then you don't need to implement the workarounds.
