Are the performance of Spectrum Digital and Blackhawk's XDS200 the same?

    Koki,

    They are both based on the same base XDS200 reference design so the performance should be similar.  I have used both for C2000 debug.

    I will add that Spectrum Digital is no longer in business, so in terms of support it may make sense to go with the Blackhawk version.
