Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AMIC110
Some time ago my XDS200 Debug Probe broke. (Always got Cable broken far from Device or something like that.)
So the old one was a Spectrum Digital Inc. XDS200 P/N: 516410-0001A.
I re ordered a new one and i got a Blackhawk TMDSEMU200-U. (Seems to be the same, since the Sectrum Digital also has the naming TMDSEMU200-U)
EDIT: I should also mention if i use a diffrent XDS200 (Spectrum) everything works.
I now get some errors:
-----[An error has occurred and this utility has aborted]--------------------
This error is generated by TI's USCIF driver or utilities.
The value is '-230' (0xffffff1a).
The title is 'SC_ERR_PATH_MEASURE'.
The explanation is:
The measured lengths of the JTAG IR and DR scan-paths are invalid.
This indicates that an error exists in the link-delay or scan-path.
[End: Texas Instruments XDS2xx USB Debug Probe_0]
Some one knows why this message appears and how to fix this?
Some more Infos:
Code Composer Studio Version: 10.4.0.0000
Driver Emulator: Vendor: Texas Instruments Incorporated Version: 6.0.3.1
Driver User: Vendor: Texas Instruments Incorporated Versoin: 6.0.3.1
I tested with our custom Board and with the AMIC110 ICE EVM. Both work with only the Spectrum XDS200.
