Error List:- . HMI Micro Controller Unit
• Frequency selection knob fault
• ECC for ROM & RAM
• Stack OverFlow
• Watchdog reset
• Key stuck fault for “<->”, “C/N”, “T/F”.
• Light Bus Fault
• Temperature Fault
• Photodiode Fault

Hi Deepak,

I don't fully understand your questions. The flash and RAM in this device is protected by ECC. The single bit ECC error is detected and corrected automatically, and 2-bit ECC error is detected.

I want to write a code for error checking of flash memory and RAM in C Programming and in this I am using TMS570LS3137-EP Controller.

The Safety Diagnostic Library (SDL) has functions for Flash selftest and RAM selftest.
