The only warning I see is a message that it used a different version of the compiler than the version that the project was created with. This is typically not an issue.

I assume you are referring to some other debug related message. Please provide the details of that particular debug error message.

Ok I think you are wondering why ther eis a red "x" on the folder you selected. It could be a fasle positive of sorts. Based on your initial post it sounds like the build is successful (executable generated)?

From that folder having x marks that means it will cause any problem while flashing the code.

Unlikely. Usually an "X" in the Project Explorer would indicate some kind of (potential) build error. But since you are saying that the build is successful, it looks like some false positive. 

Are you using CCSv5?

Yes i am using CCSV5

Can you right-click on the virtual folder with the "error" and select "Properties" in the context menu. Then take a screnshot of the properties dialog that appears.
