Hi champ,

My customer needs MSP CGT v4.1.2 to maintain the old project, where can my customer download this version of MSP430 compiler please?

    Hello Luke,

    If you check the downloads -> See all versions for CGT tools, you will see the latest version we have available is V4.4.8. Beyond that, you can check in menu inside CCS, or on an older CCS version to see if it was still in that code base.

    Do you mean my customer has to install older CCS version and check what version of MSP430 CGT has been installed along with CCS?

    Do you know any other easier way to check this?

    Luke,

    Yes, installing an older version of CCS and checking fi that version is there is wha tI'm suggesting. There is not an easier way other than the older revisions I pointed to. We do not keep all revisions of compiler available, only the LTS revisions, and even then, we only started doing that after a certain point in time. I'm actually surprised we have a version that is as old as V4.4.8 as it jumps from 15.12.0 to 4.4.8

    I installed CCSv5 and found that CCS v5.3.0 is equipped with MSP430 CGT v4.1.2.
