Please double check if SPI1 is enabled in your configuration. The SPI module supports both compatible mode (regular SPI) and multi-buffered-mode (MibSPI). If MibSPI is enabled, the SPI code won't work well.

I have enabled the SPI1 (exactly the same shown in snapshot) SPI1 lines of launchpad are working fine. In our design it is not working.

The SW should be fine since it works on LP.

SPI1 has two data lines: SIMO[0], SIMO[1], SOMI[0], SOMI[1], and only SIMO[0] and SOMI[0] can be used for non-parallel mode. Please double check that the SIMO[0] and SOMI[0] are used on your board.

we are using MIBSPISIMO[0] and MIBSPISOMI[0] on our board. We are also not getting CLK and CS signals.

we have tested loopback by enabling MIBSPI1 settings from HALCoGen and data is successfully getting in Rx_Buff, but while flashing SPI1 code no change in waveforms.

If not, you can configure CLK, CS, and SOMI, SIMO pins as GIO pin, then toggle those pins to see if you can get correct output from those 4 pins.
