Please be aware of  that TI shall not be liable for any defects that are caused by neglect, misuse or mistreatment by an entity other than TI, including improper installation or testing, or for any EVMs that have been altered or modified in any way by an entity other than TI.

Thanks for the swift response.
We bought the HDK from Mouser. Even we had contacted TI Customer Care, they directed us here (E2E forum) to post.

Kindly advice us to get the issue resolved through relevant channel.

You need to contact the vendor directly.

The board looks work before. If there is no 3.3V power supply, the target will not be connected, and code will not be loaded to flash.
