I ask this for our customer.
Customer have some questions when they prepare to solder AM2634 on their board.
1. What are the process requirements for reflow soldering of AM2634? What is the maximum number of reflow? Twice or more? Do we have any information about it?
2. How to ensure the reliability of AM2634 soldering? Do we have any experience on how to check solder reliability after soldering?
