MSPM0L1306: Current consumption

Part Number: MSPM0L1306

hey,

 

SYSOSC = 32MHz

MCLK = SYSOSC/8=4MHz

RUN0SLEEP0 Configuration.

 

Questions:

1.What would be the current consumed by the sysosc alone, when operated in 32Mhz and 4Mhz, we need to run sysosc in 32Mhz.

2.What will be the current for the configuration shared above.

    Hello,

    Section 7.5.1 of the MSPM0L1306 Datasheet has the best data currently available for this question, although it doesn't list any power numbers for your exact use case. Below is the table for Run and Sleep modes.  

    4MHz is definitely going to take less currently than 32MHz, but unfortunately, I don't have an exact number for you at this time.
