The purpose of this xds200 is used to flash the CC2640, which is in our customer-designed and made board. When connect the xds200 to my pbc board, there is no power supply and it can't detect the CC2640. Occasionally, it shows CC2650. However, my co-work in their place using xds110, and the cc2640 works.

Hi Yutao,

You can find more information from the XDS200 Debug Probe documentation. Please show images of your setup and connections from the XDS200 to the CC2640, and monitor the CC2640 VCC to confirm that the valid range of 1.8 to 3.6 V is being supplied. Have you tried connecting with Code Composer Studio or Uniflash?
