I update SDK from "mspm0_sdk_1_10_00_05" to "mspm0_sdk_1_20_01_06".

Then follow below action:

2. For users who have upgraded from an older version to 1.20.1.06, there is two ways:

2.2 Option for automatically generating file: Delete the [.cmd] file and [ticlang] folder of your old version project. This is helpful for users who want to migrate code between different devices.

Then, I rebuild in debug mode and run.

Does it trigger a FLASHDED error and then default_handler occurs?

I check the uint32_t EEPROM_TypeA_writeData(uint32_t *data) in both SDK version, it is exactly the same. So, I thinkg it might be some other reason.
