The peripheral access layer is a way for customers to generate standardized CMSIS core init functions:

Theoretically IDES like KEIL and IAR can auto generate these based off of the SVD file, but customer was saying this didn't work for them.

So, customer don't want to use Keil to generate the head file? They want to check whether CCS or TI can give this support? I will check with our software team to see if they can give some comment.
