RM57L843: NDA for the Safety Analysis Report

Hello, 

I made absolutely no progress since three months ago when I asked for the confidential RM57L843 Safety Analysis reports and have been redirected from this forum to direct contact with sales team in order to sign the necessary NDA. I've been corresponding with different TI people and have just been redirected from one address to another with large gaps in correspondence from TI side.

I'll copy here the whole transaction, with dates and without actual TI peoples' names and addresses, for illustration:

  • ME (November 6, 2023): Your colleague XXXX has informed me that the NDA between our two companies has expired and pointed me to the “local sales team”. I’m not sure who that is, but since last time I communicated with you regarding the NDA, I hope you can also help us this time. Could you please send us the updated NDA for us to sign so we can access confidential safety documentation for the RM57Lx?
  • TI (November 6, 2023): Josip, I no longer work with that product. I hope XXXX can help.
  • TI (November 10, 2023): Hi, Is this for TMS570/ Hercules family?
  • ME (November 10, 2023): It is specifically for the Hercules RM57Lx.
  • ME (November 17, 2023): Any news on the NDA?
  • ME (Nov 24, 2023): A week has passed since my last email. Can you pleas confirm you are receiving my messages and estimate when we could expect to receive the new NDA?
  • TI (November 24, 2023): Sorry for the delay. I hope XXXX and XXXX will be able to provide more guidance on this topic or connect you to right contacts. Please note this week several folks are out due to thanksgiving break in US.
  • ME (November 24, 2023): Thank you for replying. OK, I wait for XXXX and XXXX.
  • ME (January 12, 2024): Can you please provide more guidance or connect me to right contacts for obtaining NDA? I would not like to waste any more weeks so please respond to this message at least with a confirmation that you received it and an estimate when you could be able to help us.
  • ME (January 16, 2024): Can you please help us get an NDA so we can access the RM57Lx? This is critical for two of our ongoing safety projects.
  • TI (January 16, 2024): My apologies for missing this. This would be handled by your local sales team as I personally don’t have the power to set up NDAs, you should be able to get connected with them through the customer support team here https://support.ti.com/csm.
  • Chat on https://support.ti.com/csm (2024-01-17): 
    • ME: Hello. My company had an NDA with TI that allowed us to access confidential information related to Hercules safety controllers. This NDA has expired and we should draft a new one so that we can so we can access confidential safety documentation for the RM57Lx controller. I've been corresponding with various TI people since begining of november of last year with no progress. Finally, they forwarded me to the support page. How can NDA process between my company and TI be initiated?
    • TI: Unfortunately, TI.com is an online order platform and does not have support related to NDA. We suggest that you continue to try to contact the person who previously signed the agreement with you. Thank you for your understanding.
  • ME (January 17, 2024): I tried the chat on https://support.ti.com/csm and have got the following response: “Unfortunately, TI.com is an online order platform and does not have support related to NDA. We suggest that you continue to try to contact the person who previously signed the agreement with you. Thank you for your understanding.“
    We are spinning in circles here, without any progress for months now.

    Should I contact your manager at contract administration XXXX who signed the original NDA? If yes, please give me his address. If not, please forward me to someone who can help us.

As of today, I have not received response to my last email. 

Can anyone please help me and speed up this process?
