In the EVM guide, step (7) of running the gpio_toggle_output says
> Click the play button to deploy the code to the device and open a debug session. By default, the debugger pauses the first line of code.
When I do this, I do not have a debug config. How do I create a debug target config for the LP-MSPM0L2228 ?
