Sir,
We have designed about 5 subsystem using Micro-controller 'TMS5704357BZWTQQ1' and using Code composer studio for Firmware development. For debugging and programming the code to the micro-controller, we are using TMDSEMU200-U.
We are working on this design from past 18 months, we have purchased about 6 nos of TMDSEMU200-U. While testing suddenly, the Debugger goes bad. The error observed is given below.
About 4 nos of debugger probe has gone bad.
Kindly let us know, the possible reasons for the debugger probe giving the below error.
