TMDSEMU200-U: XDS200 debug probe cannot recognized.

Tareget device is  "TMS320F28379SZWTS".

※We are using a prototype board made by our company.

※I had no problems with the XDS110.
　By the way, the JTAG connector use a 14-pin type.

Can you try to update the firmware again manually?

Steps:

• Go to C:/ti/ccs1200/ccs/ccs_base/common/uscif/xds2xx
• Open Readme.txt file and follow the instruction to update the firmware manually.

Hope it recovers the emulator.

You have installed the CCS locally on your laptop, right? This is part of CCS installation. I am not familiar if there is a separate link to download.

sorry late reply.
I tried to update the firmware manually,
The debug probe is not recognized by the Windows device manager.
Therefore, even if input the command as below, the error "debug probe is not connected" is returned.

Are you running on Windows or other platform? What is OS?

Is this virtual machine?
