Hello,
Please help us with the following.
PN:TMDSEMU200-U
When I started this probe using it worked but there were many communication errors.
So I updated the firmware once, but after update the firmware the connection was lost.
It was not recognized even after resetting or reconnecting the PC.
Currently the device is not recognized when connected to any PC.
Please let me know how to recover.
Thanks
Hi, Santosh-san
Thank you for reply.
Tareget device is "TMS320F28379SZWTS".
※We are using a prototype board made by our company.
※I had no problems with the XDS110.
By the way, the JTAG connector use a 14-pin type.
Thanks
Ryoji-san,
Can you try to update the firmware again manually?

Hope it recovers the emulator.

Hi santsh-san,
Thank you for reply.
But, I cannnot access your "C:"drive.
Can I download from TI website?
Thanks
Ryoji-san,
You have installed the CCS locally on your laptop, right? This is part of CCS installation. I am not familiar if there is a separate link to download.
Please take a look at this link for more details:
Try this link to download the emulation package.

Hi Santosh-san
sorry late reply.
I tried to update the firmware manually,
The debug probe is not recognized by the Windows device manager.
Therefore, even if input the command as below, the error "debug probe is not connected" is returned.
Thanks
Riyoji-san,
Are you running on Windows or other platform? What is OS?
Is this virtual machine?
Please take a look at this thread on the same issue. It should help you.
