would it be possible to obtain 2 additional I/O pins using the programming pins?

    Hi Andreas,

    Yes, it could.

    Please be note that when disable the SWD pins, then it would not recover untill a POR reset happens. It might make your device cannot connected with the debug interface in the normal mode.

    Recommend to add some delays before disable SWD pins for developer convenience. Or you could trigger bsl mode to recover.
