We are using SPI in DMA mode as shown in "mcspi_loopback_dma". As I know the Rx- and Tx-Buffer must be DMA aligned, but what is the minimal access size for the DMA transfers? We tried to transfer 7*16 bit and saw an unintended overwrite in the memory outside the tx buffer array.
