LP-AM263P: Uniflash Error When Flashing SBL Image and Application Image

Hi Team,

My customer is encountering an issue when they use Uniflash and try to flash the SBL image and the application image. Their set up is as below:

• Board: LP-AM263P
• Firmware Version: 3.0.0.29
• SBL Image: mcu_plus_sdk_am263px_09_02_00_56\tools\boot\sbl_prebuilt\am263px-lp\sbl_ospi.release.tiimage
• Application Image: Using the .appimage file created when building i2c_read_am263px-lp_r5fss0-0_freertos_ti-arm-clang sample code
• OS on host computer: Windows11

and get the output below:

When they tried to configure the bootmode to OSPI (8S) - Octal Read Mode and boot, they got the following message:

How can they get past this error?
