Hi, 
 we have implemented Power on Built-In tests (PBIT) based on the TMS570LC4357 datasheets  , But, Inorder to test it, we did not find any reference document related to the procedure on injecting errors or faults in PBIT tests and test whether its working fine or not.  Can you please provide or point us to the document on testing PBIT by injecting errors or faults in all scenarios.
