AM263P4: uniflash error when load SBL on AM263P4 CC board

Hi,

I am using uniflash 8.8.1 to load the SBL image into flash on CC board, but got the error like this:

The SBL was build from mcu_plus_sdk_am263px_10_00_00_35 example without problem. I can load it in SRAM through CCS debugger but cannot write in flash.

I have tried different boot mode OSPI, QSPI(1S) and QSPI(4S), but always got the same error.

Any help please?

Try using this SBL instead: C:\ti\mcu_plus_sdk_am263px_10_00_00_35\tools\boot\sbl_prebuilt\am263px-cc\sbl_ospi.release.tiimage.

In my case however I always also select a .appimage application file at the same time. This definitely works for me in OSPI 1S and 8S boot modes.

Note 4S is not supported even though this is mentioned as legitimate boot mode in the UG.

Hi Yin,

Apologies you had to face this issue.

Please note that if you are using E2 revision of AM263P4-CC then the Uniflash tool does not work properly, we are working on fixing this issue, You will need to use the suggestion that Kier provided.

The same has been mentioned in the SDK docs also:
