I am unable to view the above MCU in CCS and SysConfig. Pls help me out.

Hi Dhir,

Regarding CCS, please refer below thread once:

And regarding SysConfig, for Hercules devices we should not use sysconfig and instead of we should use HALCoGen for driver generation.
