TMS470R1B1M replacement

Hi,

I know TMS470R1B1M is old.  Do you have replacement part?  We are using it for drilling downhole application, has to be high temperature rated.

    Hi Jian,

    You can use the "product search" tool from www.ti.com/hercules for the entire portfolio of Hercules MCUs.

    There are several versions of powerful Cortex-R4F-based MCUs that are also qualified for an extended temperature range, -55C to 125C. Unfortunately we do not have parts that are rated to withstand temperatures up to 220C in the Hercules MCUs.

    You can use the SM470R1B1M-HT parts, which are still fully supported.
