Can anyone help write custom firmware to use TM4C-123G as a control interface board for an arcade game?

A user on arcadecontrols.com led me to use this board for my spinner/encoder wheel controls and buttons. He got it halfway working then seems to have gotten stuck / flaked out. So I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help out. Basically I want to have the Tiva Launchpad device interface with the computer as 2 USB HID devices, one as joystick input (the spinners are usually done with mouse input but on Android the mouse doesn't work right) and the other as keyboard input for the buttons.
