Difference between TM4C1294KCPDT & TM4C1294NCPDT in Ethernet

I used the EK-TM4C1294 evaluation board. This board has uP TM4C1294NCPDT. With this board I can access the Ethernet with my own SW.

Then I developed my own board TM4C1294KCPDT. The schematic is more or less the same like in the EK-TM4C1294. But my board I used a different Ethernet Connector with included magnetic.

Result:

With TM4C1294NCPDT of EK-TM4C1294 evaluation boardI can access Ethernet.

With TM4C1294KCPDT and my board I have no access to Ethernet.

For to be sure not the Ethernet connector of my own board is the problem, I removed U10 from EK-TM4C1294 and I soldered Ethernet connector of my solution into the EK-TM4C1294 board. Also EK-TM4C1294 + my Ethernet connector is working fine.

I also changed target HW in the CCS properties. But with EK-TM4C1294 my SW is running with target TM4C1294NCPDT and TM4C1294KCPDT. So I think there is no relevant difference between these 2 processors in my case. (My program uses 130kB and very few RAM)

Question: Is there any difference between these 2 processors?
