I am wondering if the Uniflash support the TMA470R1B1M chip.

I am use script and looks like erase and loadProgram do not work for this device.

The TMS470R1B1M is not on the list of supported devices for UniFlash. TMS470R1B1M is no longer recommended for new designs. Have you tried asking about programming the SM470R1B1M-HT in the high reliability forum?
