TM4C1233E6PM: SYSCTL_DID1_QUAL Parts seem to indicate engineering prototypes 00

Part Number: TM4C1233E6PM

The sysctl DID0 and DID1 registers are the chip part number encoding registers.  The parts we have been using indicate non-engineering units (and non-experimental), but the sysctl register indicates that the unit is  a non-qualified engineering sample.  Major and Minor revision level is 1.1

We have checked all units we have, and each one is the same. SYSCTL_DID0 is 0x18050101 and SYSCTL_DID1 is 0x1003602C. The documentation for the data sheet (Rev E) states the SYSCTL_DID1 is 0x1003602E (see page 225).

Are these parts truly engineering samples?
