For that part, I think you want the F05A version. It is attached.

Hi Bob,

Thank you; it is very much appreciated and should really help me.

I am attempting to create a new product based on the TMS470R1B1M processor only because there is nothing else out there that has the temperature range and memory size of this device. I am finding it difficult getting comprehensive information which is harder than one would expect for a product that has been around as long as this device.
