In the latest TivaWare (2.2.0.295) the DriverLib User's Guide for CAN includes such, you can get the new download here: http://www.ti.com/tool/SW-TM4C

Furthermore, the CAN peripheral examples have interrupt routines within them and can be found at: [Install Path]\TivaWare_C_Series-2.2.0.295\examples\peripherals\can
