BOOSTXL-EDUMKII: The vertical direction of the joystick isn't giving proper voltage output

Part Number: BOOSTXL-EDUMKII

Hi Team,

Our customer would like to verify if the BOOSTXL-EDUMKII board he has is defective.

They just ordered (2/3/21) a BOOSTXL-EDUMKII board, and the joystick is not working. (The horizontal direction works as expected, but the vertical direction doesn't work).
The launchpad board used together with this is Tiva™C Series TM4C123G LaunchPad EvaluationBoard.
He's using a program on Keil, but even when I just power the board, the pin that outputs the voltage corresponding to vertical joystick movement just shows around 0.07[V] no matter where it is moved.

Here's the images:
The first 3 show the vertical output voltage at it's corresponding pin.:

The next 3 show the working horizontal direction, and how he would expect the vertical direction to look:

Please comment if there's any troubleshooting needed or if it needs a replacement.

Thanks,

Jonathan
