TMS320F2806: About 5pcs OF TMS320F2806PZA cannot be burned program

Dear Expert

We found that 5pcs of TMS320F2806PZA cannot be burned program. And we shunt down the power supply reburn again still not could bruned program. We production about 2500 pcs ，it's a little high failure rate .

We use XDS100 V3 .

This is the error message .

All C2000 devices are tested before leaving TI to ensure they meet our datasheet specifications. Have you done some initial investigation to determine if the MCU is bad or there is PCB issue on the devices that won't program?

The most typical reason we see for non-functional new devices is some type of ESD/EOS damage that has occurred as the device is mounted to the PCB. If you are seeing abnormally high current or the device is very hot this is likely the reason.
